Overview
The 2-man game is one of the most effective tools in modern lacrosse. This class teaches players how to create and defend opportunities using teamwork and IQ.
What Players Will Learn
- Setting and using picks effectively
- Slips, seals, and reads
- Offensive spacing and timing
- Defensive communication and switching
- Pick defense and recovery techniques

Sniper School

Overview
Sniper School is an elite shooting program focused on developing high-level scorers. Led by Tyler Meth, this training breaks down what it takes to consistently finish at a high level.

PHX Goalie School is designed specifically for goalies looking to build the skills, confidence, and mentality needed to take control of the cage. Training combines high-repetition technical work with game-like situations to develop complete, fundamentally sound goalies.
What Goalies Will Work On:
- Proper stance, positioning & angles
- Footwork and efficient movement in the crease
- Hand speed, tracking & save technique
- Clearing, outlet passes & stick skills
- Communication and commanding the defense
- Saving shots on the run, inside finishes & time-and-room shots
- Rebound control and recovery
- Live shooting and game-like scenarios
- Building confidence and a “next shot” mentality
Every session is built around quality repetitions, individual coaching, and position-specific instruction to help goalies become more comfortable, confident, and consistent in the cage.
The Goal: Develop technically sound, confident goalies who don’t just make saves—they own the crease.

Create. Initiate. Finish.
PHX Advanced Offense is designed for experienced offensive players looking to take their game to the next level. This high-level training focuses on the skills, decision-making, and offensive IQ needed to become a complete and dangerous attackman. & midfielders.
Players will work through high-repetition, position-specific training designed to improve their ability to create offense both with and without the ball.
What Players Will Work On:
- Dodging from X, the wing & behind the goal
- Creating separation and getting to dangerous areas
- Inside finishing & finishing under pressure
- Shooting on the run and changing shot angles
- Feeding & vision after drawing a slide
- Two-man game: picks, slips, seals & re-dodges
- Off-ball movement, cutting & finding soft spots
- Protecting the stick and handling pressure
- Reading slides and making quicker decisions
- Developing confidence and creativity around the cage
Training will combine individual skill development, competitive reps, small-sided situations, and game-like scenarios to teach players not just how to make a play, but when and why to make it.
The Goal: Develop complete players who can beat their matchup, create for teammates, and finish when it matters.
