Advanced Offense

(2nd–5th Grade)

PHX Advanced Offense is designed for experienced offensive players looking to take their game to the next level. This high-level training focuses on the skills, decision-making, and offensive IQ needed to become a complete and dangerous attackman. & midfielders.

What Players Will Work On:

  • Dodging from X, the wing & behind the goal
  • Creating separation and getting to dangerous areas
  • Inside finishing & finishing under pressure
  • Shooting on the run and changing shot angles
  • Feeding & vision after drawing a slide
  • Two-man game: picks, slips, seals & re-dodges
  • Off-ball movement, cutting & finding soft spots
  • Protecting the stick and handling pressure
  • Reading slides and making quicker decisions
  • Developing confidence and creativity around the cage

PHX Advanced Offense is designed for experienced offensive players who want to become more complete and dangerous with the ball in their stick. This fast-paced training focuses on the individual skills, offensive concepts, and decision-making players need to consistently create scoring opportunities.

What Players Will Work On:

  • Dodging & creating separation
  • Shooting on the run and time-and-room shooting
  • Inside finishing & finishing under pressure
  • Changing planes, angles & release points
  • Feeding and creating for teammates
  • Two-man games, picks, slips & re-dodges
  • Off-ball movement, cutting & spacing
  • Reading slides and defensive rotations
  • Decision-making in unsettled situations

Built for advanced players in the 2033, 2032, and 2031 graduation classes, this training challenges athletes to sharpen their skills, make faster decisions, and compete at a higher level.

Sessions combine high-repetition skill work with competitive, game-like situations. Players will develop stick skills under pressure, effective dodging and shooting, offensive and defensive footwork, and the ability to create and recognize advantages.

Coaches provide direct feedback in a fast-paced environment that demands focus, effort, and attention to detail. This class is ideal for experienced players ready to push themselves and bring greater confidence, consistency, and impact to their team.
